Do these salads take a lot of time t make?
ReplyDeleteNot at all. For the zucchini salad I do a blanch and shock in the microwave for about 3 minutes then, using a slicer I cut the vegetables really thin and place them in curls. I finish with a red wine vinegar and oilve oil dressing and fresh ground pepper. The star fruit salad is great because it is mostly uncut fruits that are all different colors. The star fruit becomes a star when you slice it. You don't shape it or anything special!
