Expanding on Dessert Sushi
Today I ventured out to make several different looking dessert sushi. I wanted to incorporate chocolate and I wanted more of a variety of "fish" toppings....
Pretend sushi with "roe", "shrimp", "salmon", "ahi", "yellowtail" and "Eel".
As a matter of fact....I need a sampler!!! I am going to make a wild roll hopefully this weekend...maybe Sunday. The only clue I will give right now is that it might be called a "Fire Roll".....I have four more neat rolls that I want to do, but I'm sure I won't have time to do them this weekend.....
You are amazing! Everything on your blog is BEAUTIFUL! I'm sure all of it was DELICIOUS! If you ever need a sampler, you know where I live! Haha
