I made these little cakes for a dinner party that I had. I didn't put enough frosting on them, but they were cute and everyone seemed to like them.

Too bad my camera wasn't in focus but....these are my Valentine's Day cupcakes

I made everyone a personalized plate

Crab stuffed pastry on sauted arugula & other veggies topped with a creme fraiche, dijon and cheese sauce

Steak, "mushroom" pototes, tomato and carrot flower, zucchini and my favorite balsamic reduction...love that stuff!

Panda & Dog Rice Bento Box Style....turned into an Asian Salad

Orange beets, grape tomatos, purple onion, red raddish & lettuce topped
with rice cuties!

Cut up the veggies, mix up the rice, tear the lettuce and top with chow mein crunchy noodles & Asian dressing.
